Very comfortable and spacious guestroom. Breakfast was very good. Superior to previous experiences both at La Quinta and other similar hotel chains. It did exceed our expectations, Very modern, provides gym center and laundry facility. Conveniently located to drive to downtown Houston and to reach IAH airport.

Cleanness of the outside, inside as well and room was perfect. Love the ac and that you are able to control. Restroom was super clean as room as well. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good experience. We are from dallas and we have found our hotel whenever we stay in Houston. Thank you for making our stay calm and clean.

I love the breakfast but you might want to work on the hard eggs. Even though they were delicious they were very very hard to peel. I wasted 2 eggs just trying to get one peeled

The room was big and clean. Very good quality amenities. Lots of parking space. The gym is not ready but they offer you a 1 or 3-day pass for LA Fitness, which is next door. Breakfast was solid! Self-service waffles but fresh. Wi-fi works really well in room and lobby.

Bed was clean and comfortable and room was smelling good. I will stay again but on the 4th floor only. Staff was very nice.

it was convenient for my purposes and was easy to reach. the room was spacious and comfortable, and there were lots of bars to help with getting in and out of the tub.

Location is good, a few miles from Houston downtown but a very good price. Well connected to any major highway. Very clean and new facilities.
